Thank you for your interest in VT Saves! Enrolled savers will receive an email welcoming you to America Saves and the American Saver newsletter.

Signing up is easy. To enroll in VT Saves, all you need to do is:

  • Identify a savings goal,
  • Develop a plan to reach it,
  • Open a savings account (or use an existing account), and
  • Make monthly deposits.

VT Saves is a social marketing campaign whose goal is to help the Virginia Tech community get in the habit of saving regularly. The program is housed in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Tech within the Department of Apparel, Housing and Resource Management. For more information please contact Dr. Irene Leech, ileech@vt.edu.
