LIMITATIONS: It is important to recognize that certain financial products -- including various insurance products and traditional pension plans -- have NOT been included in the calculator due to the complexity of their structures. In calculating your "current home wealth" and "future home wealth," take the time to consider all aspects of your financial picture that are NOT captured by the Home Wealth Estimator. Additionally, no provision has been made in Part 2 of the Home Wealth Estimator for the eroding impact of inflation over time.
