MONEY 2020 TM

MONEY 2020 TM is a campaign and a financial wellness program of the Cooperative Extension System, a public-funded, non-formal educational system which extends research-based information to citizens in all of the Nation's 3,150 counties. Its mission is to "help people improve their lives and communities through learning partnerships that put knowledge to work." Among Extension's key objectives is improving the money management skills of individuals and families.
Through faculty in the 103 land-grant universities across the U.S., the District of Columbia, and seven territitories, Extension offers expertise in personal financal management along with knowledge of educational design, delivery, and evaluation. Through its nationwide network of community educators, Extension brings educational programs to consumers where they live and work via workshops, home-study courses, broadcast and print media, and other approaches. This local focus has a national connection through the Extension federal partner, the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
