From time to time, America Saves receives requests from tax-exempt organizations, government agencies, and for-profit corporations requesting that America Saves link its webpage to the entity's webpage. To determine if and when America Saves will establish such a link, we consider a number of factors, including whether the organization, agency, or corporation: (1) has helped to further America Saves-supported policies; and (2) provides useful, objective information of interest to America Saves visitors, including parents, professionals, and advocates. In addition, America Saves will consider whether any negative tax implications might result from such an arrangement. The decision to establish a link between the America Saves webpage and that of another entity will be made on a case-by-case basis.
